It is no longer hard to find a convenient and tasty breakfast in DC during the week. Stop by Farmers & Distillers and see what we have cooking. Our menu can be healthy or decadent, offering everything from eggs benedict and egg foo yong to steel-cut oatmeal and our Buck’s donuts. Or keep it simple and enjoy eggs and bacon with some of our scratch-made bread with house-churned butter. There is a lot to like, even early in the morning on a weekday.
Weekend Buffet Brunch
Looking for brunch in DC? Our Farmers Market Brunch with its server-passed treats, craft cocktails, and extensive buffet has something for everyone. Indulge with our famous stuffed French toast or lighten up with our fresh salads. We have a carving table, an egg and griddle table, a cold table, a dessert table, even a Chinese Buffet with breakfast fried rice and riblets in honor of our Chinatown neighbors. See our full menu, and join us for brunch any weekend and most holiday Mondays, 9am-2pm. We think you’ll agree that Farmers & Distillers is one of the best places for brunch in DC.
Lunch & Dinner
We think variety is the spice of life, and we have tried to create a menu as diverse as our Nation. Inspired by our farmer owners, our founding father, George Washington, the chefs at Mount Vernon, our Washington DC neighborhood, and more, we are sure Farmers & Distillers can be your best place for lunch in DC, or dinner in DC, or maybe even your top favorite restaurant in DC. We have American favorites, such as shrimp and grits or Southern fried barbeque chicken; or dishes our vegetarian friends love, such as cauliflower steak and Cacio e Pepe; or delicious sandwiches such as Gabagool; or some of our more intriguing historical neighborhood favorites, such as polpette, pork schnitzel, or Ma Po tofu. Or maybe you are just looking for a great place to get burgers in DC; or craft cocktails where you can also get a pizza in DC; or fresh seafood in DC, like our tasty mussels and oysters on the half shell. Whatever your flavor, if you haven’t tried us yet, check out our menu and come on down to our restaurant and distillery in Mt Vernon Square. We are pretty sure you will agree that we are one of those Go To good places to eat in DC.
Drinks & Bar Menu: Wine, Pitchers, Cocktails & More
Whether you need winter cocktails in the winter, or summer cocktails in the summer, or you want to mix and match regardless of the season, our craft-cocktail menu has something to delight all of our guests. As home to one of the few distilleries in DC, Founding Spirits, we are using our culinary smarts to make almost all of our drinks from scratch all the way down to our booze. We also have house-made sodas, our very own Compass Coffee roast, and juice blends, cold pressed daily. We have something to wet everyone’s whistle. Check out our full menu below.
As a restaurant specializing in food made from scratch, we are pretty sure we are one of the best places to get dessert in DC. We have a sweet range of cakes and pies, including cherry and chocolate chess, our Buck’s donuts, our house-churned ice cream, alone, in a sundae, as a milkshake, or Affogato style with a shot of espresso or cold nitro brew poured over it. We think dessert is a hard choice at Farmers & Distillers. Check out our menu below. Can you pick? We love them all.
