At Farmers & Distillers we are committed to offering all of our guests a wide variety of scratch-made food and drink, whatever their culinary preferences and requirements. This includes many vegan and vegetarian options.
Last week, we created a new Vegan & Vegetarian menu designed to make it easier for our vegan and vegetarian friends to find their perfect meal. With a delicious array of plant-based entrées, our new menu not only includes the plant-based Impossible™ Burger, but we’re also featuring a vegetarian Impossible™ Meatloaf, served with mashed potatoes and green beans, that can be made vegan upon request. And you can choose to have an Impossible™ Patty added to one of our grain bowls. Our tasty Quinoa Grain Bowl is a mix of bulgur, wheat berries, kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower hummus, goji berries, and coconut nut butter. Our Farro Grain Bowl is made with black lentils, carrots, roasted eggplant & mushrooms, peanut butter, cashew butter, and pistachios. Other plant-based entrée choice includes our popular Cauliflower Steak and Spaghetti Squash Pomodoro.
This new Vegan & Vegetarian menu highlights some of our favorite vegan and vegetarian options, and all of our menus have a wider range of vegan and vegetarian options. Our servers are always happy to help our guests. We can provide suggestions and make adjustments, as needed, so every dish is just right for our vegan and vegetarian guests, and for all of our diners.
