We have a new breakfast menu at Farmers & Distillers (and all our restaurants) that we are certain will be a great start to everyone’s day, whether you are one of our breakfast regulars or are new to our breakfast menu.

You asked for some of the menu selections we only had at other restaurants to also be available and Farmers & Distillers. And we responded. The biggest news, perhaps, is that we now have Uncle Buck’s Beignets everywhere, including all Founding Farmers  and Farmers Fishers Bakers. We also have our super popular breakfast tacos, formerly only available at Farmers Fishers Bakers.

Buttermilk Biscuits are now also available at all seven of our restaurants, as well as our famous breakfast Chicken & Waffles. Of course, we have a whole host of Things That Get Syrup, which is particularly good in our restaurant, because we only serve 100% Grade A Maple Syrup. We have a partnership with Cornell University’s Maple Program in the Adirondacks of upstate New York. So, come enjoy our real maple syrup atop our Waffles and French Toast (both classic brioche and vanilla cream-filled) with multiple additional toppings, including Maine blueberry compote, strawberries & cream, and bananas foster. Our Buttermilk Pancakes are also crowd pleasers, which come simple and delicious or order chocolate chip, Maine blueberry, and strawberries & cream.

Other breakfast go-to’s include Egg Benedicts with traditional ham, crab cake, or spinach & tomato and expansive array of scrambles and hashes. Kids and adults alike also love our Peanut Butter Banana Toast made with our house-ground peanut butter, our marshmallow fluff, shaved chocolate, and honey-roasted peanuts.

Our new breakfast menu has something for everyone, including breakfast cocktails made with spirits from our in-house distillery, Founding Spirits, our house-roasted coffee and espresso drinks, and fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice.
