Farmers & Distillers, and our award-winning, in-house Founding Spirits distillery, was featured in a recent article in one of the craft spirit industry’s top publications, the Whisky Advocate.

Named in “The Best Distillery Dining,” the magazine featured Farmers & Distillers sustainably-sourced and scratch-made food and drink. They highlighted the steak choices on our menu, featuring our Twice-Cooked Beef Tenderloin paired with our Never Bitter Julep, made with our Founding Spirits American Whiskey and Founding Spirits Arroyo’s “Never Bitter” Amaro.

Whisky Advocate also told its readers not to miss our “boozy, spicy, with a hint of sweet” Suffering Candidate, which is included in their “Come for the Food, Stay for the Whisky” roundup. Made with our Founding Spirits American Whiskey, our Suffering Candidate blends our FF Rye Whisky and FF Gin, distilled with our partners at Copper Fox Distillery and finished right here at Farmers & Distillers Founding Spirits, with lemon, ginger, and cane syrup, served on pebbled ice with mint and candied ginger.

See if you agree with Whisky Advocate that Farmers & Distillers is one of the best in distilling dining. Get a taste of our Suffering Candidate, available at our bar, along with other handmade craft cocktails, like our F&D Mule made with our Founding Spirits Vodka or our Amaro Daiquiri featuring our Founding Spirits Arroyo’s “Never Bitter” Amaro. Stay for a meal. If possible, we recommend making reservations.

You can also take a tour of our distillery available on Saturdays by reservation or walk-in (pending availability). Each tour accommodates up to eight guests and includes: six spirit tastings, a cocktail, and tasty pairings with our famous F&D food items.

Founding Spirits can also be purchased in person at Farmers & Distillers, through multiple local retailers, and ordered online.
